First and foremost, I’m a lover.

I love the subtle parts of the world. I love the way that sunlight filters through grass just before sunset. I love the way that blackberries taste when they’re picked from horseback on a trail ride. I love to watch a person’s eyes transform when they smile.

I love the subtle ways that a rider communicates with their horse. I love the infectious laughter between two people who adore each other.

I love tall grass, wildflowers, cotton, and fuzzy horses. I love coffee, fresh bread, and butterscotch pudding. I love my twenty-six-year-old pony, and my sixteen-year-old cat.

I also happen to love, love, love taking photos.
